Welcome to The Dickson Street Inn
The next time you visit Fayetteville Arkansas, treat yourself to an intimate, boutique hotel experience at The Dickson Street Inn, located in the center of Fayetteville's entertainment district. The Inn is within easy walking distance to the University of Arkansas, The Walton Arts Center, the Fayetteville downtown square, a wide variety of favorite restaurants, and all the most popular nightlife venues in town.
The Inn is a two building complex that has been tastefully remodeled into a ten-room inn keeping its historic charm while adding all the modern comforts. The main house, a
classic Victorian built in 1894, offers eight rooms, while an adjacent building offers two larger rooms. The buildings are connected with roofing and patio decking, making it a one of a kind structure. The expansive, covered upstairs patio deck captures many a brilliant sunset, as well as the University's signature building, Old Main, and makes for a unique place for hotel guests to unwind. A wrap-around covered porch provides for a more private relaxing sitting area, as does the separate patio area tucked behind the house. Inside the house, Heartwood pine floors dating from the house's origin, crown molding, sumptuous drapes, an assortment of antique furniture pieces, chandeliers, and more all blend harmoniously together making for a warm, elegant environment.
The Veranda Wine Bar is an outdoor rooftop patio deck providing a second story level viewing perspective above Dickson Street. The Wine Bar, open to the public, offers international and domestic beers, wines, and a light appetizer menu, and can
serve it's offerings on the covered porch, as well as inside the inn. It's the perfect place to spend an evening sunset sipping on a glass of wine, or enjoying the company of friends while sitting around the dinner table. |
