VIEW FLOOR PLANS:
Main Level
Upper Level

Room 1, a Standard King room, is on the ground floor and is the perfect place to lay your head if you are busy with activities to do in Fayetteville or Northwest Arkansas.

Room 2 is another ground floor room and has one wall fully draped with a curtain, providing a special, cozy feel to the space. It is considered a Deluxe King.

Room 3 is a Junior Suite on the ground floor that features a wet bar with microwave.  It is tucked back inside the house and as such offers extra privacy and quietness.  It and Room 2 can be combined into one larger suite.

Room 4 is upstairs and has four wonderful bay windows facing north that offer a panoramic view.  A balcony facing west offers views of the sunset, the Dickson St. landscape, and the University’s signature building, Old Main. It is considered a Junior Suite.

Room 5, another upstairs Junior Suite, has an incredible armoire, as well as a balcony facing north that provides a sweeping view of Dickson St. thirty feet below, as well as a view of Old Main.

Room 6 is a cozy upstairs room featuring a whirlpool tub. It has a door joining it to Room 5, so the two rooms can be a combination suite. By itself, it is considered a Deluxe King.

Room 7 is a most distinct upstairs room. It is a split level room with a sitting area featuring a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen, and a wet bar with microwave. The upper level of the room contains the bed and the bathroom, which features a whirlpool tub.

Room 8 is an upstairs room known as The Moroccan Room, based on an exotic piece of furniture in it.  The room features an extremely high ceiling making it very spacious.  The room faces west, has a large whirlpool tub, and has a balcony facing west as well.  When the curtains are opened, the view from the bed’s pillows reveals the Walton Arts Center, the heart of Dickson St., and Old Main. Room 8 is a Junior Suite.

Room 9 is a ground floor room and one of our Carriage House Suites.  It is one half of a former duplex apartment, and as such, it and Room 10 are much more spacious than the other eight rooms.  It offers a kitchenette area, a TV in the sitting area as well as in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen.

Room 10 is the upstairs counterpart to Room 9.  Along with all of the aforementioned amenities of Room 9, when the curtains are drawn back in the bedroom of Room 10, the views from the pillow show the heart of Dickson St. and Old Main.
